Oh boy, here we go! We don’t do a lot of drinking here at Mugsy, but we do have a lot of alcohol related clients, and this week they all have events. This is always our busiest week here at the office – and we are prepped and ready – from our heads to our livers to our toes. If you’re ready to tip one back and cheers with us – check out one (or more!) of our client’s events (in alphabetical order) this week!
Boca Raton Historical Society & Museum will present the Boca Bacchanal Wine & Food Festival Weekend on April 6& 7, 2018. The fun begins on Friday night with the Vintner Dinners (almost sold out!) and continues Saturday for Bacchanalia! Check out the website for info and tickets. Get a sneak peek of some of the offerings at Bacchanalia on 4/4 when we will be on WRMF with the Executive Chef of Burton’s in Boca Raton enjoying some of the incredible food he will be bringing to the event this year!
Concrete Beach Brewery has a week of excitement with their monthly Brewhouse Rocks and Sola Sessions taking place early this week and rounding it out with Havana Nights on Friday 4/6. Then join the Brewery in supporting Miami Pride Week with Miami’s a Drag – a Double Stubble Special Event, featuring performances by local drag queens along with beer and brunch on 4/7!
There are also some awesome tours at Cycle Party this week – from Wynwood to West Palm Beach – with both drinking and non-drinking options. You’ll see the Mugsy crew here and there throughout the tri-county area pedaling with media and getting them out to experience a new way to see the city!
Hope to see you out and about this week!
It’s official…Mugsy’s on the Move again! Next week, we’ll be speaking at the NoBe Mixer in Miami Beach at Roni’s By The Ocean!
Emily and I will be talking about how to brand your company so it properly reflects what you do and your company personality. If you know anything about us, we’ll be adding our own Mugsy flair to the seminar…per usual!
It’s free to attend so be sure to register today! Email Mixer@FloridaBusinessWorkshops.com or go to the Florida Business Workshops website to register.
We’ll see you there!
Emily and I are very excited to announce that we’ve added two new clients to our arts & entertainment group of Mugsy PR! Be sure to check out Garman Sculpture Works and the Lindy Collective when you have a chance to learn more about them.
Lindy Collective is a Miami-based 501 (c)(3) public charity with a mission of preserving swing dancing and swing era culture through events, classes and unique access to resources otherwise unavailable in South Florida. It’s no secret that we have a passion for all things vintage. The Lindy Collective certainly shares that passion and helps to preserve and educate others about the vintage culture – from fashion and film to music and dance. We couldn’t think of a better fit for both our art & entertainment division as well as our non-profit team and we can’t wait to share their vision with all of South Florida!
Garman Sculpture Works in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea is a customized body casting art experience that allows individuals, couples and families the opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind art piece and an everlasting memory. And when it comes to preservation, Garman Sculpture Works simply has a great story to tell. Couples and families holding hands, a baby bump and later the baby’s feet or hands, a chiseled chest, a bust before breast surgery – these art pieces become a lasting memory. The best part, the actual process is fun too!
It’s going to be a busy holiday season and we’re definitely excited about it!
